Immigration/ Telesales Consultant
Are you an enthusiastic, results-driven individual with a passion for helping people? As an Immigration Consultant, you will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and promote our immigration services to help them navigate the complex world of work permits and visas. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English or other languages a plus).
- Previous telesales or BPO experience, immigration or legal service experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Receptionist - Admin
We are looking for a highly organized Receptionist – Admin to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support to our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a warm and professional experience when they visit our office. This role is key to the smooth running of the office and client operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and office equipment.
- Multitasking ability and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Marketing Specialist
(Hubspot CRM, SMM, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, Lead Generation)
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to help promote our services and drive brand awareness. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to implement strategies across multiple digital platforms, including HubSpot CRM, social media marketing (SMM), Facebook Ads, and lead generation. Your focus will be to grow our client base and increase the visibility of our services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in lead generation and paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing.
- Creative with excellent content creation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Previous experience in immigration, legal, or consultancy marketing is a plus.
Case Processing Executive
As a Case Processing Executive, you will support the processing manager in handling the complex requirements of work permits and visa applications. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients and gathering the necessary documentation to ensure the smooth processing of immigration cases. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of immigration regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in immigration or visa processing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of visa and work permit application processes.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
